That might would be fine on an individual basis, but doesnt do much good for the overall class, it needs to be clarified in the rules. I am glad you have found faith in this admin., pardon me if i am not so optimistic, maybe you know them on a more personal basis than i do, so your more comfortable with that arrangement. I am careful to avoid what might would/could be construed as being involved in any back-room deals. I just think everyone...

This car will actually be run as a Northern Sport mod. I was at Mike's shop when he pulled the car off the jig and took these pictures, it wasn't completely finished. The left side is under slung for the rear pan hard mount. I will try to get more pictures once the interior is done and take some shots of the under slung. A website is in the works. Everyone would like to see a GOOD QUALITY SWAP MEET come back to
Des Moines, but too many know what has happened the past years with the swap meet going down and down every year.
It takes good quality vendors to get good crowd for good sales.
No secret, if you want racers who are customers, you need lots of super vendors with super products.

Note that there is no pre-registration or online registration for this event.
Each class will pay their $50 entry fee when they sign in and pick up their pay card at Michelle's window (far left).

Last summer there was supposedly a TV crew filming some modified teams as
they raced around Missouri dirt tracks. Has anybody heard if the TV show is

britt and algona are 23 miles apart. it would seem to me that wednesday or thursday nights there would be their best bet. no competition in the immediate area...not gonna get fewer cars than they already get. wouldnt hurt to give it a try. if it doesnt work, mark it up as a learning experience...and try somethin new.
