I would say they have secured the bid and now it's finishing strong to get a good seed in the tournament. I heard Ian on the radio say that we might host the 1st/2nd round. That would be awesome! I would love to get to see them play at home in the tournament. In 1999 they went to the 2nd round and that's the record. Love to see that broken 1st things 1st, let's beat Colorado at home on Wed.

Maybe. The women should be finishing 7th in the nation with that assembly of talent....not 7th in their little conference. The Morgan kid was a 4:37 miler in h.s., Bedell was a 2:07/4:41, Nichole Jones was a 56/2:08/4:43/10:25, Westenhover was a 4:50/10:55. Hmmmmmmm.

Jimmy Walker - Top 5
Published (2009-11-05 17:41:00)
Jimmy is about $34,000 behind spot #125 (Duval) so he needs a very good tourney this week which is the last of the year. The tourney last week was rained out (only the 2nd time ever that has happened & terrible luck for Jimmy).

One more good thing about top 150--it means you earned 600K plus in prize money, plus endorsements, appearance fees, "funny money" etc. That should keep him through a lean year if he is back on the Nationwide.

#20 BU whoops #23 Aggies

It's always a challenge for any program to take that "next step". The volleyball program has definitely taken that big step. They have improved each year but this year they have busted into the Top 25 and have been there for around 10 weeks. That kind of consistency has proven they have taken that next big step. Now the question isn't IF they'll be in the NCAA tournament but how high can they finish. With 5...

This is really nice to see. We played horrible in every aspect against OU, and previous BU teams might have let that affect them in this game, but they pulled it Through Torri Campbell is really starting to show why she was the Gatorade Player of the Year..
It is really strange how the road team has dominated this matchup the last couple of years.

He finally had a very good week, just waited until nobody was watching b/c
of football. He finished T4th at -15 just a couple behind the winner. The
most important thing he did was jump up into the top 125 which is where he
needs to be to have status in 2010.

Lenka Broosova really had to battle for this win, but her gritty determination helps her in these tight singles matches.
