Since the Mogloween finale isn't here yet, I would assume it will go on for about 2 weeks at the very least.

EPL is better than PL because its buffed and has different skills (mostly just animations) An example: Final attack does 2 hits instead of 1

Did you watch the the cutscene mentioning the conversation between Sepulcher and the spy? If yes I'd report this as a bug.

the frost molgin armor is a frostval event armor, you will be able to train it when frostval comes around.

sorry that wasn't very clear ok, so i've finished the entire fire war saga and even watched the epilougue. I've also completed all the sagas for the elemental orbs(sandsea,neropolis,osprey cove etc.) what else do i need to do to become a primal dragon
