Short answer, the attack's good enough in a variety of conditions, if they bowl well.
Longer answer, sure, I'd prefer Imran Khan, Malcolm Marshall, Richard Hadlee and Derek Underwood in my attack too, but you have what you have.

i'd definitely play dhiman ahead of saghir....and not sure about naeem
opening although i do think he's wasted way down at 7 or 8. as far as rahim
goes, well he's improved his consitency with the bat in one-dayers but the
fact of the matter is we already have a batsman who plays at a similar pace
