From the User CP you can add replies that you find yourself using often. This way if you wanted to answer one of the often repeated questions you can just select the "canned reply" and
save yourself having to type out the post.
There should be a edit canned replies link in the User CP that when you click on you can then "add canned replies"

You just have to select "Post a Poll" under Additional Options when you create a new message. When you submit the message, more options will appear to create the poll.
