Awww great pictures! Has this been a recent change or has he always been like this? Just rereading your op and you mention a possible growth spurt, he is at the age where there is a spurt so if this is new behaviour then it is very likely that.

My 4 month old never sleeps for longer than 40 minutes during the day (often only 20), which means he ends up having 3-4 naps a day which I don't feel is optimal for him
Could you please tell me:
1) What time your LO starts their long nap and for how long they sleep?
(e.g. 1pm for 2hrs)
2) Do you do anything different to signal to them this is a longer nap?

Hi Ladies, DD has just gone through 6 week growth spurt, which now seems to be coming to a close-ish.
She was grizzly and wanted to feed throughout - totally normal. Then on Thursday night, was back to 10min-ish feeds very regularly, and a good nights sleep (waking up twice for feeds, not grizzly)

it depends how old the bubba is?? my lo got her 1st when she was 6 months but started teething at 4 months. you could try letting the baby suck on ice cold melon. my hv told me to do this and it give them some fluid as well, cause my lo would refuse food and drink. and you can try liquid anbesol? its stronger than bonjela but really helped my lo . and if all else fails some calpol. i hope ...

My birthing partner emailed me the "audio" of Aiden's birth yesterday. She recorded it on her phone without me knowing! I have it right in front of me but I just CAN'T press play.
