Im stupid and i just found this out, and you all probably already know this but....did you know that as long as you are not eating more calories than you are burning in a day, you will not gain muscle mass or accumulate fat.

hello ladies so did everyone do good for friday night dinner. me and my family went to long jhon silvers i had 2 pices of fish 1/2 a piece of chicken and a small hand ful of fries i didnt do that great im gonna go add up the calories. maybe i dint go over my limit.

I can't really say how much I lost in one month. But, I used to go three hours a day four days a week. (it was convenient waiting for a ride home after work) All I can say is I felt REALLY good.

Just keep in mind that you need to stick to what you are doing to maintaine your current weight and maybe find a new exercise or something that you like. Before you know it you'll be shedding more pounds.
Drink lots of ice water.. it burns more calories because when you drink it your body has to warm itself back up.

Yea, 24 hr fitness has a special that runs out today. It's $29.99 a month and that includes EVERYTHING except trainers. And no sign up fee. No contract, it's month to month. You have to pay for your first month and last month up front though...

I need to lose 35 pounds to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I'd like to lose a total of 50 though.
I do WW, so if you see numbers attached to my food, its my points. I want to keep a tally of them here when I type my plan!
Plan for today (goal is 26 points):
Breakfast:
Yogurt and granola(3.5) *stuck to plan!
Lunch:
Salad with cheddar cheese, turkey breast, and fat free ...

Jillian Michaels is kickin my ass and Im looooooving it!! Im on Day 3 of Phase One of 30DSand Ive already dropped 4.5 pounds!!! Ive got about 60 to lose and Im so excited! Alright Ladies, Its time to get our Mommy Selves into Gear! Let's loose some weight, inches, and Low-self esteems! I don't know about you but I want a Beach Body!! Believe me, my body is no where near perfect! I got some stretchies on my boobies, tummy, and some on my thighs. and some flabby areas. But that sure isn't going to stop me from feeling fabulous!!! i am 5'8 and size 8.. my weight fluxuates like crazy but on average ill say im like... 150. ive always been around this weight, i'd like to lose atleast 10 pounds... but considering im lucky to get to 145, this 10 lbs is killing me!!! the least ive ever weighed was like 142 in...
