Worried, can anyone reassure me??

Thanks Elaine and Helenlouise, I haven't stopped crying all day, my hormones plus this stress can't be good! The bleeding is a little heavier and a few very small clots now (sorry tmi) I'm still feeling really scared but the one thing that's helping is that I have no pain, if I was miscarrying surely I would be in pain with cramping, right? x

If it gets too bad you can take medication for it. I've had high BP since before my BFP. My GP put me on Labetalol which is perfectly safe to take when I was TTC. I'm still taking it now and my BP is better than it has been in years! K 22+5 x

At somewhere like Lapland UK, where the skating sessions are timed and the ice never crowded, I probably would skate. I kiinow plenty of people who continued horseriding all through pregnancy.

You poor thing. Like everyone has said, bleeding is v common, i don't know many people who haven't had a bleed. You are obviously very upset so I would go straight to your epu for some reassurance. I had an ectopic in September and had no symptoms, i'm not for a second saying there is anything wrong at all but I would always get things checked out and you're going to worry yourself and think all sorts until you get some...

Are there any pregnant mummies...
Published (2009-12-13 16:52:00)
Yes I do have a routine. Walk in the morning and we normally get a coffee at the same time (well the dog doesn't) and then make dinner and then do a bit of work/laundry in the afternoon. I hate cleaning so don't really do much until hubby comes home to help as I don't want to be a 1950s housewife totally :) I love to cook though and bake too so thats enjoyable for me, I hate food shopping mind so also do that with hubby. I...

I've had 3 c sections and all three cuts were in the same place. I have a co-worker who's have 4 and all of her's were in the same place. As for staples or stitches, it seems to depend on the doctor or hospital you attend. I had staples the first time but the second 2 (at a different hospital) were stitches.

hello helenlouise, I developed a hernia during my last pregnancy at about 14 weeks, and I will admit it only grew bigger, and more sore as my pregnancy progressed. Though in fairness, I genuinely believe it was because while pregnant I was working as a nurse ( a lot of lifting), and trying to lift and take care of my toddler. For the most part all that could be done ...

Hey hon It really is very much a personal choice. I asked my mw before I had it and she said she didn't want to comment.... oh thanks, nothing like a bit of help! We then decided after much deliberation to have it (MIL is a gp nurse who is actually delviering the vaccine in our local area so she helped us make our decision). Yes they did the whole " we can't be 100%...

Hi Hannie, my wedding is booked for May 2012 so I have that bit longer to shift my baby weight. My only worry for you would be if you are planning on breast feeding, leaky boobs might be a problem in a wedding dress! But I'm sure there are ways and means around that, just be careful not to get yourself to stressed out about it all, the last thing you want after having ...

Hi, Where in S. Wales are you? Anywhere near Swansea? We went to Eddershaws in Llansamlet. It's got loads of different makes on display and they were really helpful, even let us take a few out to try for size in the boot of the car. I think there is one in Cardiff too but I've never been there so don't know how much they've got on display. Might be worth googling them...
