So sorry to hear your news. I know that by getting to the stage that you did it's impossible not to build your hopes up. On a positive note, I have 2 friends at work who had failed IVF cycles and both concieved naturally withing the next couple of months. Oh no!! What did they say in the garage?! I had a little cry at dropping some cream out of the fridge the other day! Didn't know whether to laugh, cry or be angry, so i did all three!! Thanks for your replies ladies, I didn't feel as bad as this when I left the clinic but its all just overwhelmed me and as af coming to an end I think I'm just feeling very emotional. That's a fantastic fertilisation rate! Did you have IVF or ICSI? Grade 1 is best usually they won't freeze grade 3 or 4 as they tend not to survive the freezing process. I think the grading depends on fragmentation (bits within the main cells) Good luck for transfer :) xxxx

Dont worry, on my first try with injections i only made one small follicle, iv just recently had the 2nd try with a higher does & today found i have one large one of 18mm (and 7-8 smaller ones). Good luck & dont give up hope :) x
