Pics (side and head-on) of the affected corner would help.
Yuu might possibly have bent a suspension arm or the damper tube, or the stub axle. You could look for any signs of wear on the tyre walls, or clean marks inside the wheel arch, and take known straight edges to the suspension links to test this.
Also you might have dislodged the
driveshaft balance weight, or cut a driveshaft ...

I put a set of the

Mine seems to do this as well, almost feels like the rear of the car is drifting
out side-to-side slightly. I see that you have coilovers, mine is standard so might be something different. I'm sure on that mine is something to do with the ARB (or lack of on the rear).
I get this with new tyres as well inflated to the correct pressure on the standard 17" wheels.

this sounds like the 409 relay which is under the steering wheel. take off under pannel and you will see it... remove relay and crack cover off and clean the contacts as they become pitted causing it no to work....replace cover it will be broken so tape it and then replace should all work but i would order a new relay.
try it

My sympathies mate. I had the same done to mine when the local garage did the timing belt. I was gutted as had only had the car for 1 week and it was mint.
I now carry a couple of bits of wood in the boot that protect the sills when
jacking. Shouldn't have to though, you'd think a garage could jack a car up.
Cheers,
