UPDATE: I just became aware of an issue with MySpace. MySpace has a limit to the number of post it can display at a time. If you stopped when you got to the end of Rt. 66, you have missed more than half of the trip. The trip past Rt. 66, IMHO, was the most interesting part of the trip. So…. Awesome ride. I'm jealous. I usually try to get out there once a year. Unfortunately when I was there in July it poured the whole day.

The Mt. Pisgah Campground on the BRP is a good camping spot. The hike up to the top of Mt. Pisgah is short and affords a tremendous view, as does the nearby fire tower just to the south. Hwy. 276 North leads down to the motorcycle camp in Cruso, about 6 miles. For a great little loop ride, travel across the BRP past Graveyard Fields, Black Balsam (head out this short road for the scenery and a hike) and Devil's Courthouse, go down hwy....
