Yes I also had a January 2008 BMW and it ruined my life - it went in over 30 times in 6 months and as there is no lemon law in south africa the assholes would not refund me and eventually I had to sell it for nearly half price. BMW treated me like a turd.

While I was driving my BMW 328i the check service light blinked and a message "brake light circuit" was being displayed. But the brake lights are working fine. Is it some problem with the chip. Can anyone tell me?

I think Infiniti is way better then BMW. BMW made themself along time along but their products are not reliable. The only reason why people purchase..excuse me lease is because they it's under warranty and maintenance is included at no charge. Japanesse cars in general are better quality and very reliable. I have a 2001 M3 smg convertible, the amber cogg keeps coming on and the gears will not engage so I pull over turn off leave for few minutes and light goes out, car will drive for days and then do it again, anyone else had this problem, help!
