Loosen all the lugs about 3 turns from snug. Then let the jack down and put the weight of the car back on the tire. Pops almost every time, no kicking or potential destruction involved. Spray some anti-corroding stuff on the hub to save the aggravation next time around.

I've seen 07's in the low 30's (below $33K), but they tend to have at least 30K+ miles on them and generally didn't have iDrive. I just don't want a car with those miles...unless they were CPO'd. In the past, I've tend to purchase cars that are about 9-12 months old. I don't mind that someone has driven the car already...as long as the car checks out mechanically, electrically, and cosmetically...AND...

Tax = 8.75% Tags = $566 Doc Fee = $88 Above are the typical fees (doc fee varies by dealer, and tags vary by car, but my tags are 566 for my 335d in SoCal, so I'm using that as a reference). That comes out to 5163.94 in Fees based on the buildout Sara has there.

What's wrong with that? If I'm in an accident up there...

Something fishy with BMW

100% true that the warranty covers to a certain depth, it may not even be to the legal limit. Just pull the contract out, such a simple solution. There's no need to debate, just read the contract and measure the depth of the tires on the vehicle.

Map 3.
Some run map 5 on 91 without supporting mods but for the sake of longevity, thats your own choice.

Let me get this straight, you filed a suit against the same dealership
because of their lack of service from the past and now you come back to
them for service(even for quart of oil)?

If I understand your question, you want to know why BMW even bothers with a speed governor at all if it's going to be set at 155 mph? Why not just let it be drag limited to whatever? I would agree, 155 mph isn't MUCH of a speed governor! I know J model sportbike manufacturers agreed around year 2000 to limit bikes to 186 mph/300 kph just to stop the race to hyperspace. Maybe it's the same ...

Its always classic when someone Actually finds the culprit. However, a
degree sounds a whole lot more productive then finding some punkass drunk
kid' who probably doesn't even remember walking on your car

Turn off DTC/DSC completely (hold button for 4-5 seconds), brake boost and
let her rip.
