Well, the stock
offsets for the 135 are 49 front 52 back, so your front
offset would not work without redoing your fender altogether, imo. 40 in
the back would work. The max offset that will work is 38.

Only once in the year that I've owned it... and that's because it got cold outside.
I'd say you've got a leak.
Out of curiosity, does anyone know at what
air pressure they come on?

Well im running 225/40 and 255/35 Pirelli 240 Sottozero rfts on my stockers. So they are out there. and 245 will not fit upfront on the stock wheels.
Go to the Mavis regional warehouse in Mount Kisco. Speak with Mike. Hes the guy that hooked me up with my proper sized
winter tires, hes also a reasonable and good guy.
PS Nice choice on tires BTW

I am looking around on daily basis for a nice lite setup in 17s, but these 1er offset are a bit hard to work around. I want a square setup 255s all the way around but I guess i will not be able to do without rolling fenders or rubbing.

Lol not a hope and spacers only make it worse not better as the push the wheel out further... did u ask this on babybmw?

They are both pretty colors, I like LeMans because it is a bit more
aggressive but I think
Deep Sea Blue is a classic look.

I'd err on the side of caution & mount them soon. As far as tire wear, you will be saving your summer rubber - so it should all balance out.
