Update: Still haven't heard back from the GM. BMW NA called and said everything that happens from now on is between me and the dealership since they now have ownership of the vehicle, even if the damage was while under their possession. BMW NA was shocked I still hadn't heard back from GM. However, BMW NA had made a deal with my GM to offer me $1000 in accessories for the vehicle. Seems kinda weak considering damage is costing $2000...

I would NOT take delivery of the car for anything more than what was originally agreed to, period. The rebate, of course, should be an additional bonus to you. I'd also speak directly with the manager of the dealer. I'd put all this in a well written letter that goes to the owner of the dealer, BMW, etc. as well.
I'm tempted to suggest you not take delivery of ANY car from this dealer, ever...

Thats pretty good. Invoice for that car would be approx $36720 and your price w/o holiday cash is $37100 so your price is about $380 over invoice. Maybe you can get it at invoice before holiday cash maybe not but overall its a good deal if it truely includes your fees as well less tax tage title.

Just a quick note about something seemingly trivial: The steering wheel does block the light for auto wipers, so you actually have to look away from the road and crane your head to look for the light while it's raining. It's annoying.
It doesn't block the tach for me really.

While I ordered Navigation on my '08, I think I would prefer an iDrive option for about $500 with no Navi.
Re the alarm, given the required ignition/key handshake, I'd think an alram would be a waste of money.
But I do feel that CA is worth the mony - especially with a convertible.
Just one person's opinion - hope it is of some use.

I did ED, 1400 miles in Europe, and it got damaged during shipping. I needed to have a new hood, rear bumper replaced, and both both driver's side doors were damaged. It was a 2006 330i (e90), and those cars just started production, so the US parts network was not in place yet.
My dealer gave me a loaner for a month and BMWNA made one payment for me, for the delay.
At the time, it bothered ...
