Hi just a quick hello. Proud owner of a 135i. 3 weeks old now and loving it. I haven't seen any on the road but I see that there are a couple in Brisbane. I plan to take it to Qld Raceways on occasion for the afternoon sprints. Nothing serious though! Thanks for a great forum.

Just finished watching the Aussie version of Top Gear. MMMM different. Needs its own personality and should try to be a bit different to the Pommy one. The shark thing was stupid. Yep.

Heading off tomorrow for some fun! Friday and Saturday will be in / around Goulburn and Sunday at Oran Park. Anyone interested should come out for a look! Just got the car stickered up - came up ok I think! I'll make sure I get plenty of pics etc over the weekend.

Hi all, I was with a friend the other day who has a 3 year old 5 series. As he walked to his scar he held the "boot open" button down on his remote and it opened completely. When I hit the button the boot just opens but I have to lift it manually. Is this how it is mean to be? Seems like it would be a useful feature when you have your arms full.

My car has arrived at the dealers. I won't pick it op until next Thursday because I am away until then. I imagine I will shattered after a week without any sleep! I have been quoted 8.25% for 4 years (BMW full circle) and the BMW insurance premium is $1059 pa but the excess is $1000. I have attached some pics. It was built in the first week of September.

If anyone's done finance through BMW in the past two weeks or is taking delivery in the next two weeks and has been quoted through BMW, would you mind letting me know what your rate is? I know CBFC has some cheap money compared to others at 7.95% for $80k over 5 years with about a 40% balloon but wondered what other people were up for. Thanks in advance guys. p.s.
