Thank you for your reply, at 15k the engine should have loosened up nicely. I really don't know where BMW got their fuel consumption figures from....one of the reasons I got mine!! oh, well I will just have to drive it around everywhere at 30/40 mph in as low a gear as possible.....NOT..boring!!

Well after a quick clean yesterday I finally managed to grab the camera and get out to take a few pics...

Yes I have the new 118i engine. And yes, the fuel economy is poor! On a motorway cruise i can get around 35-40mpg at a push, but on a spirited drive it will be <30mpg. This is from the cars trip computer - I haven't checked its accuracy however. I have done 15k so far

The gaps between the bumper and wings do not seem to be as tight as the original ones. Did you have problems fitting the new bumper.

Don't like the mods personally but each to their own I'm sure you'll love your 130i

Yes the rieger kit was not easy to fit even though it was bought from Rieger. The side skirts required the original skirts to be cut and joined to the Rieger ones. The front bar sits flush but does have a gap, as you can see from their photo gap is very minimal... The bar does sit out a little to the right side which i will have fixed when the car goes into the body shop again.Was recommended to buy the lumma kit which i was told to be a lot...

Hi John, 130i looks quite unique, where did you get (OR getting) your quad exhaust from? Shipping from overseas or did you find something locally? Cheers
