In my grill research, I have run across the Kalamazoo Grills. At more than $10k, these are out of my range. I am, however, curious to know if anyone has experience with these grills. The only bad thing I have noticed is that the warming rack appears to be behind the rotisserie burner. (T)Hank(s)

I have found that most of the larger, high-end gas grills have infrared burners. I have a few questions for those who may have experience with them. 1) The rotisseries generally use one of these infrared burners. Is it a big benefit over the rotisserie with normal bottom burners? 2) Lynx and TEC seem to be the only two with adjustable heat infrared burners. Is this really the case, and...

Hey everyone, I haven't started researching yet but I'm looking for an inexpensive grill with a large cook area. This would be for a lakehouse that we are purchasing with 2 other couples. I've got a nice Weber at home but we are trying to keep the cost down on this grill as it won't be used as often. We'd like to have a large cooking area for times when we'll have guests. Any thoughts...

Hi Guys, I am a couple weeks away from having a company build my island, and install my new grill (its a turbo elite). The original plan is for a cantilevered island, with two access doors centered under the grillhead with room for the LP tank and a spare. I just got the grill today, and I'm flipping thru the manual, and it is very specific about having having only ONE LP tank ...

( I had to pick up some stuff at HD and walked over to browse their grills \(yea - I'm a grill addict!\) and noticed they were in the process of setting up the new 2008 lineup. I chatted with one of the workers for a bit, but he was new and didn't really know what was new for this year. But I found this setup on the end of the aisle, pretty impressive grill! For what you get, I thought ...

I've already posted about this once but it just keeps getting worse. I ordered replacement burners for my Charmglow grill (made by Nexgrill) in May. The burners are still under warranty and this is the second time I've had to replace them on a three year old grill. I was told in May that they were on back order. Finally, on July 1st I got an e-mail saying that the burners were in but I ...

Any thoughts on or experience with Pacific Gas Specialties bbq's? I didn't find anything w/ searching. Actually saw it on Price is Right gameshow. They look interesting, albeit a little, ok maybe a lot, pricey. Do they use briquettes?

( New for a Saturday, ribs in the smoker! Today's menu includes loin back ribs and huge slab spare ribs. All Costco origin. I'm going with the 3:2:1 method, Mikey's traditional rib sauce, and finished/glazed on the grill. Sides will include Patty's homemade macaroni salad, her delicious cole slaw and trying out a new recipe for baked beans. Most pictures will be later this evening, but ...
