I have spent numerous hours searching for information, feedback, etc....on building concrete countertops for an outdoor kitchen. I have found out plenty about it how to do it - cast in place or elsewhere, trowel it, flip it, wet sand it, polish it, wax it, etc.... I don't want to polish it to the extent that it is shiny, and looks like granite...I want it as smooth as a garage floor, with...

I love this forum and have been reading it for a while. I'm in the counter building and wiring phase of my outdoor kitchen. I'm thinking about putting in a marine grade stereo which will be similar to a car stereo. I would build a slot in one of the counters to house it so I don't have to open a cabinet every time I want to hear music. It will require a converter as marine stereos are ...
