Re: 2001 3.3 caravan NO START!!! I checked the power at the coil yesterday. B+ pin powers up then goes out with key on. Pin powers up steady while cranking. I will install noid light on injector harness wire and check the coil trigger wires. We replaced the cam sensor ( with an aftermarket from O'reilly's ) that had the .030 spacer glued on it. At the first attempt to start it the engine fired up for a split second then immediately...

'03 3.8L AWD T&C and towing I'm planning on towing a trailer that is within the limits of my T&C specs from Michigan to Florida next year, and I'm aware of the tranny problems that the T&C has. What can I do between now and then to help stave off problems for the long haul. What about switching to a synthetic ATF like Amsoil?

10mm on the end of an extension feed it through the hoses/wires. Loosen it a couple turns and your good to go. If it helps the cowl pops off in about 5 minutes which really opens up a lot of room. Just pop off the wiper arms, disconnect the wiper motor connector, Disconnect the two drains, Remove the 4 or five torx screws, remove the cowl cover, remove the 4 or 5 10mm nuts, remove the 4 or 5 13mm bolts and the whole assemble pops out.

Re: Help with 1998 Gd. Voyager slippage problem Thanks for the response hundahunta - I don't have an engine code reader - but there is no engine check warning light before, during or after the slippage. Can't recall when the battery was last disconnected - will try it.

Re: '03 3.8L AWD T&C and towing ATF+4 is already synthetic. I would stick with the stock fluid. The best thing would be adding a larger transmission cooler.
