At highway speeds lets say about 70 mph when you start to brake harder does your steering shake? If yes then rotors are warped because of someone over-torquing the

Very carefully heat up the bushing bolt up with a propane torch. If that does not work then use a
acetylene torch that should work but be very careful when heating up the bushing and the bolt.

how did you measure the resistance?
the correct way is: strip the black wire in the middle (do not cut it!) but cut the yellow. Then

I thought on this model you just had to remove the DRL relay and connect the 2 wires on the
ALC.
This site has most of the info on DRL disabling, www.lightsout.org .

do you hear blower fan?
does it work on any of the settings? if yes which settings work and which don't ? etc. the more details about the problem the better. Did you allready check some things? if
yes what etc...

It does sound like the multi-function switch, but I would check your
fuses first, But odds are that it could be the multi-function switch is bad.
