I didnt pick a hairstyle. My hairdresser just put my hair up on the day and knew what would look good and what would suit me. So on the day was a huge surprise of what my hair was going to look like and he did an amazing job!

Thanks for all the advice girls me and my friend had a long talk today while walking and we've decided to really stick to it. we're doing it again tomorrow and we're making it a monday to friday walking chat time for at least an hour instead of sitting down in a cafe eating for an hour or so FH also got me some multi vitamins and fish oil to help me get the nutrients i don't normally get in my meals and yes portion sizes...
