My experience is that the waitlisted seats have always come through twice for me. It must be getting close now to your ticketing deadline, so give the KF Singapore
call centre a call and see how it is progressing.

You can't combine points from different KF accounts to redeem an award.
From the T&Cs:
7. All KrisFlyer miles required for an award ticket must be earned by the same member under the same
account number.
As far as I'm aware, Amex points can only be transferred to a KF account with the same name. You might have to just redeem both tickets from your own account and leave the points in her ...

These mismatches are often the result of 2 segments having the same
flight number... (and consequently crediting the "direct" rather than actual miles flown as if it was a non-stop between those two points)
I note that GCM says that PER-SIN-JFK-SIN-PER is 23915 miles so I do wonder whether you are being credited on that basis.... (the difference of 15 miles could well be due to SQ using a ...

Hi zzyss, I am afraid you have dog's hope of getting anything, as it was an airfare/hotel package and very reasonably priced, your asssumption is correct. To keep you attuned to what the airlines need, however, they need the original boarding pass (make sure you copy it),
proof of payment eg c/c statement (blank out your # and anything else you don't want the world to know) and of course your FFP...
