Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7 RC; Win7 RTM) when posting in a forum or newsgroup. Please do so in your next reply. Is Spybot or SpywareBlaster installed, Tom? (Just a question for now)

Hello, Use ALT+F4 keys to close those rogue pop-up windows. Press and hold the ALT key & then press F4 key. Repeat as needed. I see you have XP and were not able to run MSRT. Even so, how about the run of OTL & Security check? See about getting those reports. If you cannot run them, tell me that too. See viewtopic.php?f=30&t=4075
