Forget Nero, everything you need/want to know about making a bootable XP SP3 disc can be found on Paul Thurrott's site here... http://www.winsupersite.com/xp/sp3_slipstream.asp HTH.

One alternative, if you have a floppy drive in the computer, is to boot from a Win98 boot floppy with CD-ROM support, then access the CD-ROM and run SETUP.EXE from the i386 folder on the CD. Why isn't your XP CD bootable? I have not run across one that wasn't.

And not all .iso images burned to CD are bootable. Nero often fails to accomplish this despite its claims to create a bootable CD. Doddie offered a legitimate method to accomplish this task. Otherwise you could try => http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310994 or http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm to create a bootable floppy. Good Luck

I don't think a new system will come with Vista as Windows 7 has been released to the public two months ago, Frank. If you're interested in comparing processors, go with a benchmark site such as this one => http://www.cpubenchmark.net/index.php to make your choice. This will take the question of single versus dual core out of play as you can compare specific hardware. Don't forget to ...

Hi, It's associated with your Nvidia graphics card. Unless it appears to be causing an problem (a quick search didn't turn up any reports of trouble) I'd leave it. Don

Hi, Try deleting the autorun.ini file on the Flash Drive. See: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index ... 938AA8KRDL You should also, probably, move files to another drive and format the Flash Drive. HTH, Don
