Here's a quick dinner that's very tasty indeed. Saute minced garlic, dried sage, and a pinch of red pepper flakes in olive oil. Add 1 large can of white beans and simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Serve white beans with grilled hot Italian sausage, crusty bread, and a green salad. It's far tastier than it sounds.

Here's another- olive oil, a bit of minced garlic, dash of sea salt, cumin and fresh diced cilantro. Add black beans and simmer. A nice mellow dish, add garlic chicken sausage- or if you're feeling spicy, chorizo. Garnish with diced chilled tomatos and fresh avocado slices.

I have always wanted to try a bottle of Woodford Reserve. I haven't found a reason to stray too far away from Makers Mark. Although I did receive a bottle of Old Forrester for Christmas last year. It too was enjoyable. JD

Actually kind of an old story... I had first read about this beer almost 2 years ago.. Sure wish I could justify the cost of a bottle to check it out..
