Jesus...the hype train is travelling at warp speed. I hoping it's good, but based on GTA4 I'll just cautiously wait and see. I do seem to have more gripes than average about sandbox games in general so it's not surprising I'm less excited than most. GTA4 was just such a deeply flawed game for me once I got about half way in. Just couldn't escape the tediousness and despite wanting to see the rest of the story unfold,...

Its cool that you dont like Forza 3, I think its a fantastic racing game, and was exactly what I was looking for when I purchased it. In regards to the AI, I quite like it, each Driver has a different AI Set, so some can be aggressive, some can be cautious etc. Makes it interesting when you're being rammed off the road by someone :P The damage modelling in it, while not fantastic is ...

Got a Logitech Driving Force GT and GT5 Prologue coming this week Waiting till boxing day to see what other bargains I can pick up at The Warehouse, they usually have 50%+ off everything gaming related. Just built a basic driving cockpit and am about to embark on all in model that will no doubt take me a while to complete. The build thread for the first one is here.... Race ...

I bought my first replacement rechargeable about a month ago. I got about 2 and a half years of solid use out of my first one. Seems like you got a dud but I'm not sure what the coverage is on something like a rechargeable battery.

I'm confused on what it is. I can't see any photos of the actual product. I've got the XFPS and the keyboard works brilliantly, but I found the mouse to be inaccurate. It would either recognise the horizontal movements well, or vertical, but never together. The other thing is if your keyboard and mouse are both USB, you need to have a wired X360 controller to get it to work....

FF VIII is still my number one game EVER. Like the TC I have lost track of how much I play it. When I was like 14-15 I had this folder that I had mum bind for me at work. It would have been at least a few hundred pages long that contained just about every FAQ from gameFAQS printed out. This was like my bible for a long time.
