Now you've earned them and they'll give you years of good service - all they ask is a first blister (sometimes demanding shoes may ask for a second).

Mac, how old are your shells? They all look so wonderful ... I am so tempted to get a cigar shell shoe now ... my wallet can't take it though, I gotta wait a few more months!

But, as someone else has pointed out, when they only make so many to begin with at a particular price point and with a certain amount of overhead, this is probably not possible. That said, it behooves them to place greater care in making so that these problems...

Bean Boot Rubber Mocs - Shearling?
Published (2009-12-04 19:55:00)
I have a pair of the regular mocs and wear them all the time. Almost my top-sider for winter/cooler/wetter months. I highly recommend them. Personally, I don't see a need for the shearling where I live (NYC). A good pair of thick wool socks does the job for me.

Got my Black Fleece Black Shell cordovan longwings yesterday. they fit great. Will wear them when they come back from the shoemaker with plastic toe and heel protectors. Inside the tongue of the shoe it says what year and season they are from. Mine say fall 2007. Interetsting that they put that on the shoe. The box says nothing about the shoe or the label.

If you're in college, you should see what online databases you have access to through your library. You might want to ask a librarian for help with this. Then you would probably want to try some different databases and see what comes up. Google scholar is a good way to get started, but you won't be able to read most of the articles without going through your university's library website (...

Early shooping discount-Black Friday/Saturday (11/27-11/28), 15% off BEFORE 12:00 PM, and an extra 5% using the Brooks Cards. That's all I know, but the imputed idea is there will be a regularly-scheduled discount. This would just be an early-bird bonus.
