Good post. Over training is definitely no good. Sort of ironic that there are plenty of people who under train and we still have to warn people about over training. :P

Ever used an online pharmacy ??
Published (2009-11-24 00:35:00)
I know some one who raves about getting all her medication for cheap at an online pharmacy in canada. Honestly I am very paranoid about what I put into my body. I am always looking up whats safe with what. So I don't know if I have the guts to order online. However if I lost my wonderful insurance, I would get the information from her right away. Back to top

Getting back into working out
Published (2009-11-26 22:19:00)
There is actually more to this than just getting back into working out after being lazy for a while. I will try to make it as short as possile. For all my life I have grown up with epilepsy. I have lost count of how many times I lost my drivers license to a seizure and experienced the same emotional hell. I always got over it by trying out new hobbies while waiting the six month time period to get my license back. Eventually I had a brain...

Go pick up the book Body For Life by Bill Phillips, and/or check out their website b f l . c o m. Probably one of the best resources for a newbie/rookie to start, and he gives lots of illustrations for home workouts that don't require a gym membership, plus educate you about food, which is 80% of getting lean. Libido and erectile issues at 24?
Published (2009-11-21 01:57:00)
I am 24 years old and can get aroused watching porn (although over the years have noticed it takes more and more hardcore porn for the same effect)... and I also get aroused when with a woman when it's obvious we are about to have sex. The problem is though outside of those 2 scenarios I do not get horny at all or have random erections at all. I can go months without looking at porn or masturbating and not feel horny at all. Also during...

If the truth is told, running actually promotes muscle breakdown in the body, while weight lifting, being an anabolic process, helps to promote the building of tissues. Thanksgiving Day Football
Published (2009-11-24 21:19:00)
just found out that there is going to be a Motown tribute on Thanksgiving day during halftime of the Green Bay/Detroit game. Haven't heard of many of the artists but I'm sure they must be pretty legit if they are representing Motown, right? I'll probably watch. Looks interesting and seems fitting since it is the 50th anniversary of Motown I believe...Lineup can be found here: Back to top

My gf got an h1n1 flu shot and she got the flu after like some people do with shots. Is she contagious and I should stay away for a week or two, or is it not contagious when you get the flu after a flu shot? Back to top

If she has the flu it's contagious. If she's just slightly feverish (a possible side effect of the vaccine) it's not contagious.

I'm guessing you mean for staying in shape?? Don't know if there's an accurate answer to this question... but I have heard that soccer offers the best opportunity for conditioning. I've also heard good things about swimming. Of course, any sport in which you are exerting yourself will strengthen your cardiovascular system -- basketball is excellent in this regard. But I don't know of any sport ...

Turn off the porn.
"although over the years have noticed it takes more and more hardcore porn for the same effect"
