First of all, we need a definition of metaphysics. Supernatural is a non-sequitor, so it can't be included in the definition.
Supernatural is the concept that something exists outside of nature. What does that mean, exactly, manufactured? Fictional? Anything that exists is a part of the natural world unless we created it, and even then, by extension. The word often gets applied to ...

I have always wondered why Christians are so involved in politics, and to go one step further, why they use technology and strive to acquire wealth. In their own scriptures jesus takes a few stands against worldly wealth and warns against dealing with material things.

"And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth. After he begot Seth, the days of Adam were EIGHT HUNDRED YEARS; AND HE HAD SONS AND DAUGHTERS." -- Genesis 5:3-4. Though Cain and Abel were Adam and Eve's first sons, the Scriptures are clear that Adam and Eve had at least 3 more sons and 2 daughters. Most likely, even though...

If someone claims to be a Christian, but hates you for being an atheist, that person doesn't really know what it means to be a Christian. Christians should not hate anyone (that includes atheists, gays, and obese people), because the Bible teaches us to show the love of Christ through the way we live our lives.

An atheist simply states there is no evidence for God, so God isn't a consideration.
As for emotions. Well they can be viewed in brain scans now.
There is a scientific explanation for memory.
As for tackling the beginning of the universe question. There are many hypothesises out there that don't include God.

Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in. Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. Behold therefore the goodness and ...

Matthew 5
14 Ye (you) are the light of the world!
A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick;
And it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in paradise.
