The only faults that the system can detect related to the tip-over sensor are if the sensor internal resistance is outside the normal values, the sensor is disconnected, or the wiring is otherwise faulty so there is infinite resistance in the circuit. In any of these cases the efi warning would flash and fault code 41 would be displayed in diagnostic mode. NO START on the display indicates the tip-over sensor is either working correctly and...

The submersible fuel hose can come off at the base's nipples even if hoses are in decent shape. Worth checking. I am going to disassemble the tank and take out the old hoses...it can't hurt I suppose. Finding submersible fuel hose is a pain though. I bet the hose is metric too? Probably 7 or 7.5mm? The other questions are good ones. I don't know what a CEL is and I had my vapor recover system stripped off long ago. Sorry, CEL:...

the Gabro chip is very well mapped,,and can be dialed in very nicely,,,,i do have quite of bit of experience in this area and in my opinion, unless you are going to go deeper into the engine, like a big bore kit, some kind of cam set or bigger t/b's, i'd pass on the PC3,,,put the money into suspension upgrades or track school/time, i hoe this helps.

I don't have a wiring diagram in front of me but its a result of how the turn signal circuit is designed. I had the same problem when I built my new rear t/s's. Iirc the solution was to install diode(s) on the wire(s) leading into the instrument cluster for the turn signal indicator on the dash but i would have to go back to the original wiring diagram to figure out exactly what I did as I don't ...

No.
42 miles equals a gallon gone.
That is not overflow.
If it were an 00 or an 00.5 it would have a metal tank and rubber overflow and vent hoses submerged inside the tank which are subject to deterioration and leaking.
An 01 has a plastic (nylon) tank with those hoses encased in nylon. It leaks by warping at the fuel pump flange. Use the search function to find the ...

If you use a 04 dished type sprocket the studs will protrude further past the nut. I've used them with a washer between the sprocket and stud.

Front Brake pads
Possibly going to do front brakes soon, I am curious if anybody knows how thick 'the meat' on new brake pads are, I know whats left on the pads is the important thing, but just wanted to see how thin/thick they are to begin with. I see some people get lots of miles out of thier original pads.
Thanks.
