how can you transfer music, photo's (taken via iphone), video's onto your computer if it is not on itunes? does syncing only transfer data from itunes to iphone? I'm not sure how to to it the other way around?

it says "sync has been disabled from your computer:...how the heck do you fix it?

I was just using the iphone (as a phone) and clicked the button on the top briefly to "sleep". Five minutes later I tried to use it and it wouldn't turn on. Tried all bittons but nothing worked. Plugged it into my mac and it flahed on very briefly then did nothing and didn't open itunes. Then it flashed on, said it was syncing then after a couple of minutes it said it was charging. ...

After updating my iphone software, when I try to turn on 3g not only does it not locate a 3g signal (Orlando, Fl) the phone also has NO SERVICE. Just wondering if someone else was having the same problem and knew a way to fix it.

Ring tone volume resets to half after being set to full. this has happened a bunch of times. On the phone I just had replaced (For wifi problems) and on the NEW phone I just got. Close sounds,settings and in two minutes ring tome volume is back down to half???

Hello. I hope someone can help me with this. I have an 8GB iPhone 3G with the latest firmware 2.0.2 and everything was working fine until this afternoon. Hi All, Can someone explain the purpose of the ever lasting backup that occurs when I plug my iPhone into iTunes? It lasts way over half an hour! Even with my sound switch turned off, my apps still have sound coming out thru the speaker. It seems that the switch only controls the sound of my ring. How do I turn EVERYTHING off? Is there something wrong with mine? I don't know if my phone has always been this way because only recently with all the new apps have I been using it for more than just a phone....
