You'll need to contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Contact page and explain the problem to them. Unlike apps, with music, videos and movies there's no free second download, so if an item doesn't download, only the iTunes Store can fix the problem. iTunes didn't "steal" anything, so please don't be so cavalier with inflammatory statements.
First, look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. You may find the app there to be downloaded. If not, just go through the purchase process for the app again. If the sale went through and you were charged once, you won't be charged a ...

ok i've just had the same problem. i found that you have to do this:
(for windows OS only)
1. right click on your task bar, goto toolbars and tick Itunes
2. open your desired web browser (i used firefox)
3. goto your e-mail account and use the link that was sent to you from apple
4. it should load up then.
(it is a common problem apparently but the main part of the problem is ...

Sorry, but you cannot use a US iTunes card in the Canadian iTunes Store. Apple will not refund the purchase price of the card since they're very clear that cards are country-specific. If the store from which you purchased the card won't refund your money, I'm afraid you're out of luck unless you have a US-based friend who would by the card from you or want to sell it on eBay....

since Apple has bollixed that possibility by re-configuring the Library.
Uninstall itunes 9 and quick times,
get a version 8 itunes installer & run it,
and move the most recent ITL file from "Previous iTunes Libraries" to the main itunes folder and shift-start itunes using that.
By the way, it runs fine on my XP SP3 machine. People who are not having problems rarely post ...

You don't need to purchase tracks from the iTunes Store to have them on an iPod. You can add tracks from CD, other download stores (Amazon for example), tracks converted from vinyl or cassette etc. just as you would with a generic MP3 player. If you can add the tracks to your iTunes library then they will work on your iPod. You can't however drag tracks to an iPod through Windows ...

Apple went to variable pricing several months ago when they went to all DRM free music. Pricing on music can range from .69 (USD) per track to 1.29. Album prices vary as well. This was part of the deal Apple cut with record labels to be allowed to offer the tracks without DRM.
You might also check out Amazon. Sometimes pricing is different between the two stores and it can pay to ...
