Talked to apple technical support today on the phone, it is a "known" issue, and the engineers are looking into it. They dont know if it is hardware or firmware related yet. The lady i spoke to also said that she has heard this with MANY electronic devices interfering with the iphone. It has something to do with the frequency that the iphone is using... THIS ***** APPLE!    

I tried that and cant find the option in pref. to launch iphoto (I may be looking in wring place) but my iphone is not even recognized as a camera when connected. iMac   Mac OS X (10.5.5)

This is a general question and looking like it is going to turn into frustration. I just got a new C-class and have been attempting to upload my contact list (via v-card) to the system in the car. I agree. For testing purposes and fun, I always try to punch in my exact location in the search function of the maps as the "to" point and then choose "current location" as the "from" point, just to see how far off it really is. Most of the time, it tells me that I am a mile or so away from where I am actually sitting. It's so ********.   Mac OS X (10.6.2)
