Yes, we Americans are pretty whacked. Our government complains that Google is censoring speech on the Chinese government's behalf. Yet, the same government gives tax breaks to american companies that move american manufacturing jobs to China, which benefits China because American companies pay China for the privilege. Before Apple wasn't allowed to build certain Macs in China because the technology was considered a security threat to...

As for the droid, I'm not sure how to transfer music onto it. However, my old iphone 3G works as an ipod touch. I gave it to my son to pay games and listen to music on. Hope this is some help.

I'm not sure if buying it would work because they'd probably have to then cover all the costs such as the server-side hardware (which won't be Macs - at least not running Mac OS X anyway). Right now, it's gaming/media industry heavyweights that are partnering up with them to push it forward. I imagine a lot of them now own significant parts of the company. http://www.onlive.com/partners....

Apple redesigned the individual app pages in the App Store a couple of weeks ago, supposedly to emphasize screen shots and logos over long text descriptions (anything past the first few lines of descriptive text is now behind a "More" button). Have no idea if the specific screen shot size is significant beyond "bigger."

Assuming you have a notebook... No and maybe. You don't need screen protection if you're careful. Screens are made of glass but there are special coatings on them to help with glare, scratches, etc. so also be careful with your cleaning liquids. Nothing with ammonia like Windex... I just use a damp cloth I say maybe because it depends on whether or not you travel with it. If the notebook is ...
