How do you make a D-link wireless card work under Fedora 6? I have the CD with the drivers but they are for Windows not for linux. How can Fedora 6 recognize my wireless card. See that's what i hate with linux , I wish things could be easy. In 2007 Linux can't recognize a wireless card.

To get run win7 on a laptop any dualcore cpu with at least 2gb of ram will be sufficient. It runs pretty good on my intel dual core 2 x 1.6ghz and 2gb ddr-2 533mhz ram and a geforce 6400 (HP DV-5000 series). Recently Asus launched a nice series of 14" power-saving notebooks, the ul80s. But it's possible that your limit of 600 dollars will be broken. If you're really looking forward to a very cheap laptop you should take a...
