Hey, sorry guys... my pops broke his leg and I've been taking side jobs to make money to help him out while he cant work... ive slept about 6 hours in the last 2 days... but the worst thing about all of this is, I havent had time to watch anime.... I will catch up to you guys (you should be on or around episode 18 as of end of day Thursday - i think) so I will catch up and make a HUMONGOUS post with everything by end of thursday... hehe,...

Just finished this a few minutes ago and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Of the two, I'd say season 1 was slightly better to watch (for me at least), the difference however wasn't enough to lose a point, so they both get a 9/10 in my book :). I can't wait for a third season. I just can't seem to get enough of Spice and Wolf @_@.

I already own fighting spirit own dvd. I would gladly buy new challenger if it was dubbed. That's too bad. I will have to watch it with subs then. I'm assuming it's really good seeing that it's ranked higher than the original series.

Makes perfect sense. I've been unsure if I should or should not put in on my top 5, but since this is the only anime I have this with to this extend, I decided to put in on there even though I recognize it's not nearly as "good" as many other series out there.

Wow, I can't believe this hasn't drawn any responses at all. Sure, its an old, clichéd series, but it still has appeal on many levels. I think so many are turned off because its the non-otaku's claim to otaku...ism....

Honestly, it was truely amazing how smoothly the episode went from fluffy fluffy romantic play to serious and deep love. I havent enjoyed an episode in it's entirety like this for an incredibly long time, nor have I seen such a strong finish in an eternity. I have a feeling Bakemonogatari will have a huge amount of rewatch value.
