Hi there friends. Happy, excited and proud to publicly debut for the very first time my very first book. It's called "Controlling Illusion" and here's what the cover looks like. Controlling Illusion is a compilation of drawings, sketches and paintings I've come up with while teaching, almost all within a classroom environment, including the lessons I endeavoured to communicate. It's...

( I've boarded for scenes of an animated feature, and for some live action & animated shorts, but this would be an entire indie live action feature. Just curious if anyone else has done it- a major undertaking, I'd think. 90 pgs of script- 90 pgs of boards \(20 or so thumbs of stick figures\). Maybe 2000 drawings- and a few rendered frames. A month to do it. It's more of a drama than action ...

Just read about Melendez' passing here: http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=48 458 My childhood is filled with memories of the Peanuts specials, and as Halloween approached I once again was looking forward to watching the Great Pumpkin episode, which, along with the Christmas special, is still a classic. ( I came across this website with some interesting upcoming animation trailers, including Wonder Woman and G.I. Joe. Thought you might be interested. Entertainment News International The Wonder Woman trailer looks good, but it smacks of more of the same from Warner Bros. Check out the G.I. Joe clip. It's definitely going for the PG-13 audience. More gun play and violence, as it should be,...

( things are good right now. i'm animating on a special for nick based off of their "naked brothers band" show. its a tight deadline, but we're making do with what we've got. the character designs are great and the BG's look fantastic. i've been solidly employed for the past 5 years so i can't complain things in NY seem pretty healthy right now. unfortunately, there aren't too many major ...
