How can they not allow you to fight it if there's not a "No turn on red" sign? Is the law in your state to just assume you can't turn on red if there's no sign explicitly barring it? This traffic entrapment stuff is getting ridiculous. At least there's no points on your license, though, so technically it's still clean.

I live close to the water and do not have good 3 g coverage. So I am stuck with ATT DSL for now. No chg for towers in my area to get improved coverage or speed. My GF however is sitting on top of a tower, gets lightning fast speeds and ping rates. No delay in tether there. She may chg up sometime soon. Also nice to have an option if ISP falls out.

IMO, I dont think that is the most ethical way to do business, but other than that it seems possible. They might see that you recently opened accounts with the other carriers when they pull your credit to set up your account. Why not get a cheap flip off ebay or something until the phone you want comes out. I assume that if you bring your own phone to the table you would be eligible for ...

Not sure what the laws are in the UK, but I know in the U.S. someone under the age of 18 cannot legally enter into a binding contract.

I completely understand the pride you take in your Droid. I have a friend who is a complete Mac fanboy. He calls my phone the "WhyPhone". But I don't care, I like my phone A LOT. However, I like the iPhone and I like Macs, but I liked the Droid better. I don't understand the "It's either THIS or THAT" mentality.
