Rather than dragging and dropping icons from the pull up menu to your home page or a folder on the home page, have an app that allows you to select multiple apps from a list and an option to make a shortcut and move them to a folder on your home screen For example, i have a folder called "Games" on the home screen and i have 5million games installed... it's a real pain to drag and drop each individual app to that folder...

Good news! I just downloaded an app called "MobileWrite" yesterday. It does 2 versions of Graffiti, and "print". It works pretty well, but for some reason the document display area is vey small, and the touchpad area is more than 1/2 the display size. I think it's a "bug", but info about the actual Android app is sparse. Good doc's on setup and use however. Try out the...

Instead of just email filtering. How about an app or OS modification that will scan incoming SMS/email/caller id, etc and the perform specific actions... PHONE: Specail alerts/notifications/ignore/send to VM/send SMS to another etc.... Incoming text via email/sms -> Forward/send to folder or trash/special notification or alerts/send SMS etc. Use your imagination....

I would love to have voice-dialing activated by my Bluetooth headset. Something that would mimic what every other phone seems to do already.
e.g. You press a button on the headset and it asks you thru the headset to "say a command." You then say "dial XXX-XXX-XXXX" or "call Mom at Home" and it simply does it. Or if it doesn't quite understand you, it will come back with "Did you say 'call...

Got an idea from http://www.tokyoflash.com/en/watches/1/
It's a different method of viewing time that is very fun & unorthodox
If someone could develop a clock that works the way these watches do, that'd be awesome ^_^
Include a fullscreen/screensaver mode

I'm surprised there isn't more interest in something like this. Not only would this make seeing which apps are running in the background easier, this would also make it easer to close them. Not sure if this is a Samsung-Moment-specific problem, but having too many apps running in the background eats up battery charge quicker (and yes I'm cycling the battery, and turning off wifi etc., but ...

I searched and did not see this.
I love what my Android can do. ....BUT....there are many corporations that REQUIRE blackberry and there is simply no other choice.
I would love some sort of Blackberry emulator that I could run on an android phone to trick corp email into thinking it is a BB to send/receive corp email and schedule.

Eliminate pro is an iPod and iPhone app that is an amazing first person shooter.
It has well over 200,000 players registered over the Plus+ network.
It has an RPG stlye leveling system wrapped within the Online Multiplayer FPS, which easily makes the game the best game on the AppStore.
I was wondering if anyone had any interest in porting a game like that to Android?
It would make a million ...

Well I think games is a big selling point, but personally I could care less about it. I have a PSP for portable gaming. Another thing Android is lacking is business related apps. Simply put Android just doesn't have enough professional companies making apps for it. Until that happens I dont believe Android will pass up the competition.

Just kinda skimmed over what you wrote.
I think if you buy advance task killer you can pick applications [probably widgets too] to auto stop/start.
Then a root applicaition called autostarts does that too I believe,
