They will be - the 20 min cardio is to get my heart in the right place - then to the fight training - then the weights high reps 2 or 3 exercises per muscle group - then treadmill to finish it off. That gonna be ok? Should I do anything different.

Kevin Levrone used 4x4 and added 10 pounds each workout. Seemed to work for him. I think he trained bench 2 or 3 times pr week,not sure.

The first split looks fine but Id never do chest on monday cause everyone else in America is too. but you may not be in america........2nd split, I dont like cause legs only get one day. Not to mention if you are not an advanced trainer then its way to much. How long you been lifting????

Ever hard of Max-OT? Its based off the low rep, high weight, high intensity workouts. Some people just make better gains with low reps. Personally, I have to be in the 10-12 rep range to see gains.

Imho you could decrease sets of chest, back and shoulders; however you should know what you can tolerate. I wouldn't say that you're an hardgainer if you grow with 2200 kals and this training.

id try the once a week 6 sets first......give it a few weeks and see how your going then change it up too the 9 sets if not happy and....then twice a week if your not happy......i wouldnt do biceps 2 x a week because its a small muscle and you use it doing other muscle groups.....but ive never done it before so my opinion is not from experience...
