There is no way to say which was is best because everyone responds differently.
Post your current workout so it can be tweaked

im not a huge fan of that
school of thought for myself, although the benefits for some people are undeniable. Many people can hit muscle groups quite well without the 20-30 sets that a 1 muscle a day workout usually suggests. many pro's use workouts similar yo that with huge volume, i believe in an effort to really sculpt the muscle.
its worth some research and experimentaion on your part. ...

ive been using it for some time now, and have to say ive seen the probably the most improvement in strength and size gains of any routine ive used. very happy with it. the rotation of exercises keeps things fresh. and i must say the intensity i have developed through DC is incredible. happy to discuss it with ya if you have any questions or anything.

what time do you have to run?
I wouldn't eat a big meal too close to the run.
don't
go overboard on pre-run supps. A little caffeine should be fine.
lol...I've seen people take waay to much caffeine before runs and couldn't even finish the run, bc their heart is going crazy.
don't over think it. just go balls to the wall for 10min. you'll be fine.

Good form isn`t everything. If you wanna lift some heavy ass weights and build overall mass then cheating is fine. The pros have also been training 10-15 years so they know their body well. I like to keep good form and then on the last few reps I may throw in some momentum and cheat.
