Day 14 off day, went in to do abs before a double at work. I Have to count and weigh all the meat in the resturant on sundays so i do enough lifting and moving these days. Its over 2500 pounds of meat. Rope cruch hanging knees rasies Machine for knee rasies its new not sure what its called Ball crunch Day 15 Legs 176.5 (up almost 7 pounds.) Don't do front squats on the smith machine...It is bad for your knees because of the straight form it puts on them. Use the Power Rack....Also place the bar on your chest for better comfort......Do Walking lunges last......Do front squat, Leg Press and Hack Squats...When you do Front Squats don't do Hack Squats...Just do at least 5 sets of front squats......It is good to switch up your routine every now and then...You should not be...

Goode glad everything is going good. Are you going to run 3 caps a day for 30 days? I am going up to 4 caps on Wednesday and will taper down the last week. Something new that I want to try......You're workouts look good. Let me know how the strength gains are coming.

day1: chest
day2: lats, traps
day3: legs
day4: shoulders. triceps (front and middle)
day5: middle back, rear delts, calves
day6: biceps, forearms
rest days are taken when i feel i need them
sample workout routine, will change ever 3-4 weeks
chest 7-8 sets
2 sets dumbell press
2 sets decline press
2 sets flat bench
2 sets dumbell incline ...

Im starting to feel the test I have more energy, appetite, increase libido, big increase in aggresion i feel like and animal!! I sleep better, and just overall feel good, a great sense of well being.. I love test!! lol but anyway this is my first run with
