This is everyones chance to brag a little bit. I used to have a friend who could do one arm pull-ups. I could
never quite get one myself but I can do one knuckle push-ups and can probably get about 50 one handed.

How in the world do you get that horseshoe in your tricep? I work out a lot and have no problem building any other muscle in my body except for the back of my tricep where it gives
the horseshoe look. I'm 11-12% bf so you would think I wouldn't have a problem getting one. There is a little one in my right arm but not so much in my left arm. What excercises would help me develop that muscle?
