Well, yours is the first time I've heard the term "permanent natural magnet" being used as a selection for speaker field - so my education on the subject is evolving. I guess it would depend on what you intend to amplify through it. I would assume bass due to the 18" driver ? As I recall, Eminence makes some decent, reasonably priced bass drivers. Gotta be a bass player on here up on the latest/greatest 10" drivers.
