Well I'm 16 and in a month highschool will be starting and I wanna loose some weight, I currently have 90kg's and I'm supposed to have 75-80 (sorry but I don't know how to transform lbs. since I don't live in America and we don't use same measurements) and 1,80 cm's height. I wanna build some muscle in the meantime (external, I only care about the looks). I might also be going to kickboxing ...
