no anybody over 16 is entitled to redundancy payments,the payment he as had is correct,but any holiday entitlement,accrued this yr should be paid,and also a redundancy payment for full years he as been their,when you get his pay re-post and i will work it out for ya , as u already know he is entitled to 0.5 wk pay ,for every yr he as been there,etc

Sorry guys, to make things clearer... My uniform is a sky blue shirt with the company logo stitched on, the sales assistants are royal blue polo t shirts with the company logo stitched on. I am not allowed to wear the polo shirts due to being management but surely if they dont have to pay, then i shouldnt have to pay?? they are, at the end of the day, promoting our company as well as the management. I will dig out my contract, if i cannot find...

Emma , if your shirts have a logo then you can claim for laundry, i did it in my previous job, check it out with your tax office.

unless she was down on the rent book, they can pretty much do what they want i'm afraid. but i did think it was 4 weeks etc, and yes she would have to pay rent etc right up til she leaves etc. as much as its being a bastard, think of it from a business sense, if shes not down on the rent book, shes not entitled to live there, everything after that is void in there eyes.. its all ...

personally,id get proper legal advice ,they will advise,the 1st hour should be free,and im sure you will get legal aid as well,this is a complex situation to advise without all the facts etc ,go and see asolicitor .

he will be entitled to holiday pay accrued in this yrs entitlement, and also after 2 yrs ,he will get a redundancy pay out as well, depending on circumstances,ie if he was on afixed contract he wouldnt get it,if you tell me is net pay before tax ,yrs of complete service i will work out how much ?

Through ebay you could raise a dispute with ebay and paypal if thats the way you paid , outside of paypal you may struggle as often there is no warranty with goods unless bought through a shop. Have you tried resolving the issue with the seller. You never know they maybe decent and refund you. Hope it goes well. Good luck

Are you sure that the email was from paypal??? Did you use the link from the mail to log on? If you did then it could have been a fraudulent mail and by clicking the link and 'logging on' you've given your details. i'd contact your bank or credit card company to see if they can help.
