Hi it was not untill I was 13 that my right testicle settled in the scrotum. Even then it would move up and down. There is a slightly higher chance of testicular cancer. Since the testicle is smaller than the other I would not think that you have a risk at cancer. Later on lin life I had a hematomy blood clot on my left testicle. The clot was removed but for a year I experienced on an of pain. Eventually I lost my left due to an infection. At...

Are you able to achieve orgasm Orgasmic dysfunction ?
Is it just that the sperm does not come out during orgasm Orgasmic dysfunction ?
I forgot the name of it, but there is a condition were your sperm will "Reverse-flow" into your bladder, or something like that.

Hi,
I'm thinking that something else might be the cause of your problems.
Over the last year alone I have had about 6 cystoscopies due to urological problems. All of them were with the flexible scope. Eventhough the procedure was uncomfortable I cannot say that It was painfull. I also have had a catheter in for over a year and have not experienced a lot of bladder spams.

If you are retaining and are not able to self cath it can be a medical emergency!! You need to let the doctor know ASAP! Many things can cause retention, including infection, prostatitis or even from straining to get the urine out. Straining is the worst thing you can do and can make the problem so much worse!
My bladder shut down about 2-3 years ago now. I can self cath ...
