I am taking Vitron C daily, (I also take B12 and that is still low) I have a follow up apt with a Hematologist in December, I plan to call the office ahead of time and ask him to add the Ferritin level to my already existing lab order. (keeping in mind that the Hematologist wasn't the one to even check my Ferritin level in the first place-that was a dermatologist) I have read about Iron infusions but I don't know what determines who...

I would suggest you visit a cardiologist,
have him do an ECG, echo and X-ray.
A CT-scan to check your arteries for coronary plaque as well.

You mean they didn't do testing to rule out spinal meningitis???
Did they check your iron level for iron deficiency? I don't know why they feel they can wait to do a CAT scan when you are feeling so badly & I'd try to get one with contrast, not just without if I were you. What are your blood pressures like laying and standing? How about your pulse?

You'd be surprised what a little iron deficiency can do to you! It can make you tired, short of breath because of tachycardia, and more. Have they tried doing orthostatic blood pressures and pulses on you. The BC pills can make a person have light-headedness and even faint. Glad you went off those. anxiety can cause many of your problems.
wrong breathing habits without anxiety even can cause many of your problems... it's called "hyperventillation" (not necessarily anxiety related, but often is)
