You should have it checked out by a doctor. It is possible it is a UTI. Or it could also be NGU. It is a sexually transmitted bacterial infection that cannot be classified as chlamydia or gonorrhea specifically.

just the rubbing of naked bodies together intimately can transmit hpv sometimes but at this point you need to be seen and get a proper work up done to see if this is even hpv or not. grace

Thank you Grace, 2terrified, I was just wondering if what the clinic said was correct, that I can resume unprotected sex with my partner since in their opinion I have nothing considered an STD. I assume you can't have two false negative Gon/Chlam tests in a row.

hard to say from your explanation but google Fordyce's spots Birthmarks - pigmented Liver spots Measles, koplik spots - close-up Mongolian blue spots , if it resembles those...then you can rest at ease, as they are prefectly normal Normal saline flush .
If you have more concerns, go see a dr.

this can be caused from irritation and/or a STD...but you haven't given info in regards to why its itchy or any background for one to make advise on it.

sounds like more friction then what your were used to and not a STD but if you have concerns beyond this, it never hurts to have it ruled out with some really simple tests.
from the sounds of it, none of it sounds STD related

no other symptoms, did feel unexplained back pain, third of the way up, twice when it was starting, not persistent though.
I did see that doxycycline could cause irritation, and it did get more noticable after the dose was doubled.

Was sex protected? Your test results for gonorrhea and chlymida are conclsuive, so this is not going to be STD related.
See a Dr for an exam.

return to your provider for another urine sample .
You might also need a round of flagyl at this point too.

1. Syphilis...blood, gonorrhea...urine or swab, chlymida-urine or swab, HIV-blood, herpes-blood, Hep-not sure. At least hour since last urination but better to be the 1st urine of the day or wait 3hrs before last urine.
2. These are bascially it...there is also Trich, HPV and NGU but Trich is difficult to discover in men, HPV no test for in men, and NGU you would get a swab ...

You may have NGU from the unprotected oral. If you have chlamydia, the only way to tell it was from your girlfriend and not the oral sex is to tell your girlfriend and have her get tested.
