Well I did plan to post a question on the doctor's forum but I guess I was surprised that there would have been a fee associated with posting there. I have a "really good pulmo" specialist who has a little experience with MS. I previously saw another good pulmo but had no experience with MS. You should take 2 puffs of your fast acting inhaler (ie. ventolin Ventolin hfa or albuteral) at least 10 minutes before going out exercising. Another thing that helps is to start slowly and let the body warm up. warm up and cool downs are important. ive just read your post and you have described everything i have been feeling for the last 5 years or more. recently i went to the hospital for a chest x-ray and it showed some thickening on one of my lung and the consultant has told me too ignore it as im only 21. i dont know what to do. what have you done to help you?

Did the pain start after a specific injury like a car accident? Have you ever seen a neurologist? It could be a neuromuscular disease or fibromyalgia. Any other symptoms like in your lungs, GI tract, that may seem unrelated that can give a clue to the doctors may help them diagnose and treat you.
